FeelPlay is an exciting new innovation in playing your way to great mental health! It’s for adults only. Sorry kids! Sometimes play is just too serious to leave to the little ones.
FeelPlay is a brand-new concept in modern, accessible wellness. It’s simply an invitation to find that child-like joy in a playground especially made for grown-ups. We’ve also got an award-winning app designed specially to help adults remember how to play.
FeelPlay is supported by a myriad of organisations both governmentally and in the private spectrum, who all work together to encourage you and you alone to take responsibility for YOUR mental health.
Want to get involved? You can join FeelPlay in two ways:
Experience the grown-up playground on a guided tour with FeelPlay staff. This is for a limited number of people. Some slots are bookable and others are allocated on a first come first served basis, so book your space in advance or show up early to take part
Download the free FeelPlay app on your own mobile – a 30 minute audio experience for anyone who wants to give it a try either at the festival or in your own personal time and space.
“an uplifting and joyous antidote to the challenging times we've all been living through.”
Bradley Hemmings, Greenwich and Docklands International Festival
FeelPlay is the new creation by immersive theatre maestro, Kit Green, who has won awards and great acclaim for making the kind of show where you join in, have fun and then start to question the world around you. This satire on the wellness industry both questions a specific kind of mental-health provision whilst delivering a genuinely feel-good and empowering experience.

Kit Green is a non-binary multi-award winning performer and writer who has appeared all over the world, works for the biggest cultural institutions in the UK, and has nice hair.
“I am an entertainer. I do this through writing and performing. I do lots of very varied projects because I’m lucky enough to be able to follow my interests and make work about them. It seems that I’m interested in lots of things.
All of my work involves encouraging the audience to get involved – directly in the case of my experiential work or as Ida Barr leading the Hokey Cokey – but indirectly I always encourage some kind of response from simply leaning in to take more notice, to getting up and taking some action. Everything comes down to entertainment. It’s my way of doing things. There are lots of others and I like a lot of them, but for me, I need to give you a few gags, some songs, some wry observations and some showbiz skills to justify taking up your time.”

Practical Information for 2024 touring
FeelPlay can be scaled up / down for your event. The set up can include 1 - 3 of our bespoke designed FeelPlay inflatables. Get in touch to discuss how the FeelPlay experience can be adapted for your festival / event:
Set-up: Outdoor / Indoor
Running time: 45 minutes
Performance space: scaled up / down depending on number of inflatables. For outdoors; flat, level, grass preferred.
Touring party: 3 - 4 depending on scale of event
Power: required to inflate the set structures
Sound: PA system with mini-jack input
Staffing: 2x Festival Stewards and 2x Front of House Volunteers
Performance site is key: an open space next to a playground is thematically interesting. FeelPlay should be sited in a space where other performances are scheduled, but not scheduled on top of other performances.
